Key Responsibilities Take end-to-end ownership of the finance function, operating with limited supervision and providing clear, credible advice to the board Lead the monthly, quarterly and annual close processes, ensuring accurate, timely and well-controlled financial reporting Own the management-accounts pack, strengthen variance analysis and present financial performance, risks and recommendations Enhance the control environment, including safeguarding, FCA-related reporting responsibilities and oversight of derivatives accounting Lead external audit preparation and support the transition to a new audit provider Review and improve finance policies, processes, systems and ..... full job details .....
