Kenneth Brian Associates are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity for an experienced Group Financial Controller to join a growing, multi-entity organisation based in Croydon. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business at an exciting stage of its development, taking ownership of the group''s financial strategy, leading the finance function and working closely with the Board of Directors and wider Executive Team. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the financial direction of the business, overseeing financial performance across multiple entities and ensuring the organisation continues to grow sustainably. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership and direction to the group''s finance and accounting teams. Work closely with the Board of Directors and Executive Team, providing commercial insight and financial guidance. Lead the development and delivery of financial strategies, business plans and funding initiatives. Oversee the production of accurate and timely monthly management accounts across the group. Take ownership of the annual budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes. Monitor group-wide financial performance, including cash flow, profitability, liquidity and financial risk. Prepare consolidated group accounts, including intercompany reconciliations and eliminations. Manage the annual external audit process across all group entities.
