Minimum of 2-3 years experience in sales, ideally within the mechanical or construction industry. Understanding of ventilation systems, HVAC products, or mechanical engineering principles. Strong sales acumen with a proven ability to generate leads, close deals, manage long-term client relationships and achieve sales targets. Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to manage complex sales process. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
