Otis is growing and we are recruiting a Sales Leader. The main goal of the role is to lead your team in growth of service and repair. You monitor, manage and measure all sales processes, providing direction on sales strategy, improvement areas, pipelining and driving profitability within a customer centric environment. On a typical day you will: Lead forecasting meetings for sales associates in the Operating Area. Lead weekly sales representative 1:1 meetings to review performance. Manage marketing lead execution. Manage sales activities and performance including pipeline health management. Support the regional training programs and sales tools. Refine existing programs and develop and lead new ones. Work collaboratively with the Operating Unit, Operating Area and Operating Territory leadership to identify and help execute strategic goals and objectives. Nurture relationships with existing key customers and be responsible to help develop new ones. Ongoing coaching, training, mentoring, motivating and developing sales associates in all areas of the maintenance business to meet or exceed sales plans.
