We are seeking a

Lead Financial Analyst

to join a pivotal project focused on step-in risk due to new PRA regulations. This role requires strong expertise in stakeholder management and risk assessment, ensuring our institution identifies and quantifies financial exposures associated with non-contractual obligations. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in data analysis and regulatory reporting, contributing to our goal of maintaining financial resilience and compliance.

Main ResponsibilitiesThe Lead/Senior Financial Analyst/Data Analyst will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of critical analytical tasks:Ensure scope and requirements are clearly understood and consistently applied.Collect and analyze data, assessing impacts on the balance sheet and credit.Support the design and implementation of a reporting framework.Track progress of key deliverables and milestones.Perform quality checks to ensure data integrity and compliance.Key RequirementsProven track record in data analysis.Experience with regulatory frameworks, specifically in finance.Familiarity with PRA regulations related to step-in risk.Ability to collaborate with reporting workstreams effectively.Nice to HaveExperience in a multi-regional team environment.Knowledge of Basel reforms and systemic risk management.Familiarity with financial reporting tools and analytics software.
