This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a subcontractor environment and wants to work on a variety of projects across the region.You will work with a well established team, supporting large UK house builders, and the wider teams of surveyors. You''ll be responsible for managing all commercial aspects of scaffolding and brickwork projects from tender through to final account. This includes liaising with clients, monitoring costs, and ensuring projects are delivered on budget.Key Responsibilities: Prepare and manage project valuations, variations, and final accountsLiaise with site teams, clients, and subcontractors to resolve commercial mattersMonitor and control project costs to maximise profitabilityPrepare monthly reports for senior managementEnsure contracts are administered in accordance with company procedures What We''re Looking For: Previous QS experience within scaffolding, brickwork, or a closely related construction sector (subcontractor experience preferred)Strong negotiation and commercial awareness skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlinesExcellent communication skills with a proactive approachNo formal RICS qualification required - experience in the right sector is key Ref QSGB
