Blue Water Recruitment are currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor for tier 1 construction company working on highway infrastructure services for a temp to perm position to start ASAP Some key responsibilities: Commercial and contract management of NEC4 including pricing works, compensation events and admin vis CEMAR Ensuring accurate measurement form site records, timely payment notifications and agreement of final accounts workingclosely with clients, operations teas and supply chain to support valuations, resolve queries, and manage risksand opportunities You will need Minimum HND/HNC in quantity surveying 5+ years construction industry exprience NEC 4 contract knowledge (options A, C and E) is essential Ability to price works using first principles
