PCR Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for a one-month temporary assignment with an established residential developer. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily site operations and coordinate subcontractors. Monitor progress against the construction programme and ensure deadlines are met. Maintain high standards of health and safety across the site. Carry out regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are maintained. Coordinate trades and subcontractors to ensure work is completed efficiently. Maintain site records and ensure relevant documentation is kept up to date. Identify and resolve any site issues that could affect progress. Requirements: Previous experience as a Site Manager within residential construction. Strong knowledge of traditional housebuilding methods and site operations. SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications. Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills. A proactive approach to health and safety and quality control. Available to commit to the full one-month assignment.
