PCR Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for a one-month temporary assignment with an established residential developer.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily site operations and coordinate subcontractors.

• Monitor progress against the construction programme and ensure deadlines are met.

• Maintain high standards of health and safety across the site.

• Carry out regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are maintained.

• Coordinate trades and subcontractors to ensure work is completed efficiently.

• Maintain site records and ensure relevant documentation is kept up to date.

• Identify and resolve any site issues that could affect progress.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Site Manager within residential construction.

• Strong knowledge of traditional housebuilding methods and site operations.

• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications.

• Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills.

• A proactive approach to health and safety and quality control.

• Available to commit to the full one-month assignment.
