Bank Team Leader at Mill River Lodge - £15.30 per hourContract: Bank - Zero hoursWorking Hours: As/when needed by the service - 12hr shifts (07:45-20:15 or 20:00-08:00)Responsibilities

Join a team focused on delivering the highest standard of care for older people in residential care.Build strong relationships with service users, families, and health care professionals; keep the Line Manager updated on residents’ needs and progress.Follow guidelines and policies; write up care plans with good written skills; support and supervise care staff as a Team Leader.Use the latest care technology to spend more time with service users.Participate in training and leadership development to progress within Shaw.Qualifications

Experience working with older people in residential care.Flexible, patient, caring, and organized with strong communication skills (verbal and written).Currently completing or working towards QCF 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).Ability to build relationships with service users, families, and professionals and to inform the Line Manager about residents’ needs.Benefits and opportunities
