Site Manager We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee daily operations on a tunnels and shafts scheme, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the required quality standards. Key Responsibilities Manage site teams, subcontractors, and daily construction activities. Coordinate tunnelling, shaft construction, and civil engineering works. Monitor progress and ensure programme deadlines are met. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards. Report progress and site issues to project management. Requirements Proven experience on tunnelling, shafts, or major civil engineering projects. SMSTS or SSSTS certification. Valid Gold or Black CSCS card. Valid First Aid certificate. Strong leadership and communication skills. Good knowledge of health and safety procedures.
