We are seeking a driven and commercially aware Contracts Manager to oversee the successful delivery of responsive repairs, planned maintenance, void refurbishments, and property improvement programmes. This is a key leadership role responsible for managing operational teams, driving performance, ensuring compliance, and maintaining excellent client and resident relationships across multiple contracts. Duties and Responsibilities Manage the delivery of social housing repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment contracts Lead and support Repairs Supervisors, Operatives, and Subcontractors to achieve contract objectives Ensure all works are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard Monitor contract performance against KPIs, SLAs, and client expectations Manage operational budgets, forecasts, and profitability targets Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits Ensure compliance with Health and Safety legislation, company procedures, and client requirements Review and implement RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements) Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, housing providers, and residents Manage resource planning, labour allocation, material costs, and subcontractor performance Investigate and resolve escalated complaints and operational issues ..... full job details .....
