Projects are delivered for many of the UK''s leading main contractors, with individual schemes valued up to 10m.Contracts Manager Roles and ResponsibilitiesAs Contracts Manager, you will take full operational responsibility for multiple projects from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme and within budget.Key responsibilities include:Managing multiple drylining and interior fit-out projects simultaneously.Overseeing Site Managers and project delivery teams.Driving programme performance and ensuring project milestones are achieved.Managing client relationships and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.Monitoring project costs, variations, procurement and commercial performance.Ensuring compliance with all health and safety requirements and company procedures.Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and internal departments.Attending client meetings and progress reviews.Supporting business growth through repeat business and framework opportunities.Identifying project risks and ..... full job details .....
