This is initially a 12 month FTC role paying up to £70,000 basic salary Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery of ServiceNow ITSM projects from initiation through to implementation and handover. Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies. Engage with business and technology stakeholders across multiple regions and countries. Work closely with ServiceNow specialists, internal teams, and third party partners to ensure successful outcomes. Drive effective governance, reporting, and communication throughout the project life cycle. Support process improvement initiatives across Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalogue management. Ensure solutions align with business needs and contribute to operational efficiency and service excellence. What We are Looking For Proven experience delivering ServiceNow ITSM projects as a Project Manager. Strong understanding of IT Service Management principles and best practices.
