You''ll advise a broad range of clients including household names, social housing providers, and property managers. Your caseload will include:Telecoms disputes and mast removal under the Electronic Communications CodeCommercial and residential landlord and tenant mattersPossession actions, trespass and squatter claimsLease renewals, rent reviews, dilapidations, and service charge disputesStrategic land and development-related litigationYou''ll be supported by a large, well-structured team with clear progression pathways and access to high-quality work across the UK.What You''ll Bring
