A national firm are looking to grow their highly ranked Property Litigation team with the hire of a Solicitor (18 months+ PQE). This is a fantastic chance to join a large, recognised team that''s consistently ranked in the legal directories and known for its expertise across the full spectrum of property disputes.

Responsibilities

Telecoms disputes, particularly around the Electronic Communications Code

Landlord and tenant work (commercial and residential) - lease renewals, rent reviews, service charge disputes, dilapidations

Possession actions, trespass and squatter claims

Building and development, land acquisitions, strategic options, purchaser claims

What you will doYou''ll be joining one of the largest specialist Property Litigation groups in the UK. The client base includes well-known household names, social housing providers, property owners and managers giving you a great mix of complex, high-profile and varied work.

Requirements

Qualified Solicitor with at least 18 months'' property litigation experience

A desire to play an active role in business development

A specific interest or experience in telecoms/ECC disputes would be an advantage
