We''re on the hunt for a talented Buyer with a passion for tailoring / soft tailoring to join a successful, design-led womenswear brand where style, creativity and commercial thinking go hand in hand.

We''re looking for someone who knows how to turn trends into must-have product, has a great eye for what the customer wants next, and understands how to build a range that looks amazing and delivers commercially.

Based in a Central London head office, this is an opportunity to make your mark, bring fresh ideas to the table and play a key role in shaping the future of your product area.

So, what''s the role all about?

You''ll take ownership of the tailoring and soft tailoring category, developing a commercially strong, trend-led range that feels fresh, relevant and true to the brand''s DNA.

You''ll be right at the heart of the action, working closely with Design and Merchandising to bring your vision to life, from the first trend inspiration and colour palettes through to range selection, pricing and the final product landing with the customer.

Your day-to-day will include:

- Creating standout product: Building exciting, cohesive seasonal ranges with the perfect balance of newness, trend-led pieces and commercial wardrobe staples.

- Spotting what''s next: Keeping your finger on the pulse of fashion, emerging trends, silhouettes, fabrics and styling, with the confidence to push boundaries and bring fresh ideas to the table.

- Making it happen commercially: Owning your range plan, pricing architecture and open-to-buy, ensuring your product delivers against sales, margin and profit targets.

- Bringing the vision to life: Partnering closely with Design and Merchandising to develop seasonal stories, refine product and create collections that really resonate with the customer.

- Trading with confidence: Reviewing performance, spotting opportunities and reacting quickly to trade, whether that means chasing a bestseller, refreshing a style or making a smart commercial call.

- Building brilliant partnerships: Developing strong supplier relationships, negotiating costs and ensuring quality, value and delivery are always on point.

- Leading and inspiring: Supporting and developing your team, sharing your knowledge and creating an environment where people feel motivated to do their best work.

What are we looking for?

You''ll already be working at Buyer level, or be a very strong Junior Buyer ready for that next step, within womenswear fashion, with solid experience in tailoring and/or soft tailoring.

You''ll bring:

- A genuine passion for womenswear and a brilliant eye for product, fabric, fit and detail.

- A strong understanding of tailoring, from sharp, structured silhouettes to softer, more relaxed pieces.

- The commercial instinct to balance creativity with sales, margin and profitability.

- Confidence in developing ranges, negotiating with suppliers and making decisions that drive results.

- A collaborative approach and the ability to build great relationships with Design, Merchandising and suppliers.

- The organisation and agility to manage multiple priorities, keep critical paths on track and react to a fast-moving trading environment.

- The confidence to share ideas, challenge convention and bring others along with you.

- Experience supporting, mentoring or managing a team, with a genuine interest in helping people grow.
