Their work sits across claims/recoveries, reporting and risk insight, and they''re investing heavily in new technology and data-led solutions, so it''s a great time to join.This Account Manager role supports the Senior Account Managers and acts as a key link between clients and internal operational/software teams. It''s a fast-paced role with lots of moving parts, so strong organisation and attention to detail are essential.What you''ll be doing as Account ManagerSupporting the Account Managers to look after a portfolio of clients and keep relationships running smoothlyHelping onboard new clients and making sure everything is set up properly from day oneCo-ordinating day-to-day client requests, queries and updates, and making sure actions are followed throughProducing regular client reports and supporting meetings (pulling together figures, updates and insights)Keeping client information, processes and systems up to date and accurateActing as the link between clients and internal teams to ensure work is delivered on time and to expectationSupporting invoicing/admin tasks and helping keep things organised and compliantWhat we''re looking for from the Account Manager:Previous experience in a Client Relationship lead roleNaturally organised and able to manage a busy workload without missing the detailStrong attention to detail and pride in getting things rightConfident building relationships
