They are looking for a German speaking HR Coordinator to join their regional HR Operations team and play a key role in supporting employees and managers throughout the employee lifecycle. This is a temporary position (1-2 months).As a HR Coordinator, you will provide high-quality HR administration, support HR systems and payroll processes, and ensure employee records remain accurate and compliant. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented HR Coordinator with HR administration and payroll experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced international environment.Key responsibilities:Coordinate HR administration activities across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contractual changes, promotions, probation reviews and leavers.Prepare HR documentation, including contracts, offer letters, employee communications and employment-related correspondence.Maintain and update employee records across HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and GDPR compliance.Support monthly payroll administration, working closely with payroll providers, Finance and internal stakeholders.Act as a first point of contact for HR queries, support HR projects, inductions and training activities, and assist with annual salary and performance review processes.Profile:Previous experience ..... full job details .....
