The Role You''ll work closely with teams across the business to support the existing Risk and Compliance framework, with a particular focus on Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs). A key part of the role will be helping the business embed the RCSA process and further develop its overall risk culture. You''ll need to be comfortable communicating with people at all levels of the organisation, from senior leadership through to operational teams.
