Role Overview: The 12 month maternity cover role with a June start, blends strategic HR and People and Talent responsibilities to support the ambitions of the firm, its talent and growth. The post-holder will be expected to translate HR priorities that enable growth, efficiency, compliance and engagement, as well as act as a trusted partner to the CFO, Partner and senior leadership and work in a hybrid capacity.The role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring excellent organisational skills, judgement, confidentiality and the ability to work proactively.
