Internal Sales Coordinator 35,000 per annum + company bonus Wetherby Office based ST TALENT are recruiting for an Internal Sales Coordinator on behalf of an established business operating within the construction sector. This is a hands-on, commercially focused role for someone who enjoys converting enquiries into orders, building customer relationships and taking ownership of sales targets. You''ll manage UK sales enquiries from initial contact through to order, ensuring quotes are followed up, opportunities are converted and the daily invoice target is achieved. Working closely with the wider sales team, you''ll also proactively contact existing and lapsed customers to generate additional business, identify opportunities and support the field-based Account Manager. Key responsibilities: Manage incoming UK sales enquiries across phone, email and online channels. Qualify customer requirements and prepare accurate, competitively priced quotations. Proactively follow up quotes, negotiate and close sales, recording outcomes and reasons for lost business. Take ownership of the daily invoice target, monitoring progress and acting on opportunities to close any shortfall. Make outbound calls to existing and lapsed customers to generate repeat business and reactivate dormant accounts. Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across the product range.
