Alongside providing direct support, you will help lead the team, maintain high standards and ensure the service runs smoothly.This is a busy, high-energy role where no two days are the same. You will help people stay safe, build independence and work towards everyday goals that make a real difference.Working patternThis service operates 24/7. You will work any 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis,
