Key Responsibilities: Play a key role in the daily running of this newly opened home, ensuring the highest standard of therapeutically informed care.Develop safe, supportive relationships with children and act as a role model.Follow the PACE model (Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity, Empathy).Ensure the home operates in line with Ofsted regulations and safeguarding guidelines.Contribute to care planning, risk assessments, and behaviour management. About You: Minimum 18 months experience in children''s residential care.Holds or is working towards a Level 3 / 4 in Children and Young People or equivalent (willing to enrol on Level 4 or 5 later).Solid understanding of safeguarding, child protection, and relevant legislation.Demonstrates leadership skills, empathy, patience, and strength of character.Holds a Full UK Driving License.
