Salary: andpound;33,075 andndash; andpound;50,471 (dependent on experience)

What Youandrsquo;ll Be Doing:

• Deliver Engaging Lessons: Create inspiring and thought-provoking geography lessons that align with the national curriculum.
• Support Student Development: Foster both academic and personal growth through effective feedback and tailored support.
• Track Progress: Assess and monitor students'' learning to ensure consistent improvement across all levels.
• Collaborate with Colleagues: Take part in cross-departmental projects that enrich the curriculum and school life.
• A qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent) andmdash; though experienced unqualified teachers will also be considered.
• Strong subject knowledge with the ability to connect classroom content to real-world events and challenges.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Experience teaching KS3 to KS5 is desirable, but ECTs are encouraged to apply.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to participate in extracurricular activities and fieldwork.
