andbull; Support studentsandrsquo; academic progress and personal growth through effective feedback
andbull; Assess and monitor learning to ensure continuous improvement
andbull; Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum delivery and enrich school life

What Weandrsquo;re Looking For:
andbull; Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
andbull; Strong subject knowledge with the ability to link lessons to real-world events and challenges
andbull; Confident classroom management and excellent communication skills
andbull; Experience teaching KS3andndash;KS5 is desirable
andbull; A proactive approach, with willingness to get involved in extracurricular activities and fieldwork
