Person Specification Job Title Housing Quality and Standards Manager Knowledge Understanding of the legal and regulatory framework of social housing Detailed knowledge of the requirements of the Regulator of Social Housing for council landlords Understanding of the legal framework for housing casework, including the Social Housing and Local Government Ombudsman and the ICO Skills and Abilities Ability to build connections and work confidently with a wide range of people, with drive and tenacity to push projects forward in complex environments Strong analytical skills, for understanding systems and policies and drawing conclusions and recommendations Strong writing skills for difference audiences, including officers and residents Good presentation skills, for speaking in meetings inside and outside RBG Ability to use Microsoft Dynamics and/or PowerBI Experience Experience of delivering service improvement projects which led to measurable change in a large organisation Operational experience of housing delivery, for a council or a registered provider Experience of delivering or supporting with casework for a council or another public sector organisation
