About the role [Company] provides [acute / elective / nursing home] care to adults. We need a Registered Nurse to deliver safe, compassionate, high-quality care and lead a small team of healthcare assistants on shift.

What you will do

• Assess, plan, deliver and review care for a group of patients
• Give medicines safely and monitor their effects
• Carry out clinical tasks such as wound care, observations and catheter care
• Supervise and support healthcare assistants and students
• Keep accurate, up-to-date clinical records
• Communicate clearly with patients, families and the wider care team

What you need

• Active NMC registration as an Adult Nurse (RN1/RNA)
• Strong clinical skills and sound judgement
• Commitment to patient safety and dignity
• Willingness to work shifts, including nights and weekends
• Enhanced DBS check (we can arrange this)

Nice to have

• Post-registration experience in acute, surgical or elderly care
• Mentoring or practice assessor experience
• Venepuncture and cannulation skills
