About the role Company provides acute / elective / nursing home care to adults. We need a Registered Nurse to deliver safe, compassionate, high-quality care and lead a small team of healthcare assistants on shift. What you will do Assess, plan, deliver and review care for a group of patients Give medicines safely and monitor their effects Carry out clinical tasks such as wound care, observations and catheter care Supervise and support healthcare assistants and students Keep accurate, up-to-date clinical records Communicate clearly with patients, families and the wider care team What you need Active NMC registration as an Adult Nurse (RN1/RNA) Strong clinical skills and sound judgement Commitment to patient safety and dignity Willingness to work shifts, including nights and weekends Enhanced DBS check (we can arrange this) Nice to have Post-registration experience in acute, surgical or elderly care Mentoring or practice assessor experience Venepuncture and cannulation skills ..... full job details .....
