Maintaining strong standards of safeguarding, governance and CQC compliance. Recruiting, developing and retaining a capable, motivated team. Managing budgets, staffing costs and resources effectively. Supporting occupancy through strong enquiry management and local relationships. Building trust with residents, families, healthcare professionals and referral partners. Using audits, feedback and performance information to drive continuous improvement.
