Requirements:Love of food, drinks, restaurants and peopleExperience leading with positivity in a busy kitchenDesire and ability to support and develop a close-knit team, effective communicator and coach to junior team membersTeam player, comfortable "mucking in" as part of a small group with a flat hierarchyCreative flair, experience designing seasonal menus and producing shellfish dishes to a consistently high standardStrategic thinker, effective planner of events, workflows and kitchen layoutAttention to detail, maintaining inventory levels and supplies ordering to ensure smooth operations, stock management, wastage and GPThorough knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations, working effectively with Compliance Team to ensure all required standards metSpeak great EnglishValid right to work in the UK#MCG1TPBN1_UKCT
