We are looking for an experienced Quality Inspector to join the project delivery team on a major HS2 roofing package at Old Oak Common, covering roofing and rooflight installations. Reporting to the Quality Lead, you will be responsible for carrying out quality inspections across the roofing works, ensuring installations meet the approved drawings, specifications and required standards. You will work closely with site supervisors, installation teams and package managers, making sure quality is maintained throughout the installation process and that work is completed right first time. As the Quality Inspector, you will oversee Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), identify critical inspection and hold points, check workmanship and ensure all inspection records, checklists and supporting evidence are accurately completed. You will use the Bolster digital system to record installation activities, track inspections and maintain quality records. You will also be responsible for identifying and reporting non-conformances (NCRs), working with the construction and package management teams to investigate issues, agree corrective actions and ensure they are resolved and formally closed out.
