This Inspector position sits within an established quality team and offers the chance to work on highly complex components in a modern engineering facility with advanced machine tools and inspection equipment. The successful Inspector will play a key role in maintaining product conformity and supporting quality standards across the shop floor. Day-to-day of the role Carry out manual, visual and CMM-based inspection of precision-machined components Review and verify CMM reports manually where required Operate CMM equipment and accurately interpret inspection results Complete First Article Inspection reports and related quality documentation Compile certificates of conformity and maintain document control records Liaise with management and machine shop operatives regarding product conformity Support problem-solving activities and assist with quality-related investigations Ensure traceability requirements are followed and maintained throughout production Work with management to set priorities and manage inspection workload effectively Required Skills and Qualifications Experience within a quality inspection role in a machining or manufacturing environment Strong attention to detail with a ..... full job details .....
