We are recruiting for a
Corporate Receptionist
to join our Rapport Team of 3 Ambassadors, based in one of our client''s sites near
Baker Street . Our Client is the UK''s leading independent Real Estate Consultancy firm, and this is a fantastic opportunity to work in a highly efficient, professional, and friendly reception team, providing excellent customer service.
This is the ideal role for someone who has an incredible ability to spark immediate Rapport with the guests arriving to the building. You will be an integral part of a highly professional team focused on delivering outstanding service and memorable experiences.
Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday; shift rota basis between 8 AM and 6 PM)

Main responsibilitiesWelcoming and registering guests at the main receptionBooking the client meeting rooms and supporting the catering team with the room set-upHandling telephone calls and emailsWorking with the hospitality team, and other service providers to ensure the delivery of an exceptional serviceSupporting the Client with facility-related tasks and ad-hoc office dutiesAssisting with requests in a professional, efficient, friendly, and timely manner
