Dedicated Network Receptionist
to our outstanding
Rapport team , supporting a prestigious global property management client. This role offers a unique opportunity to work across various reception styles-ranging from ground-floor concierge to community coordinator and residential reception-while remaining within the vibrant Regent Street and St James area.
In this dynamic role, you''ll rotate across
30 buildings , gaining in-depth knowledge of a rapidly growing portfolio. You''ll become an integral part of a supportive, sociable, and ever-expanding team, offering variety, development, and the chance to make a real impact.
You''ll provide essential cover during
lunch breaks, holidays, training days, and unplanned absences
across the client''s sites. This may occasionally include
evenings and bank holidays .
Type of Contract:
Full-time, PermanentHours:
40 hours per week (shift rota basis; 7:30 AM and 8:00 PM, Monday to Sunday)

Key Responsibilities:Develop a strong understanding of each building within the client''s portfolio to support flexible coverageMaintain a flexible, can-do attitude across all tasks and locationsAnticipate and respond to the needs of clients and visitorsOversee meeting room bookings and ensure they are correctly booked out and turned overGreet and assist all guests and visitors with professionalism and courtesyProvide consistently high standards of service deliveryWork proactively and efficiently to ensure timely and reliable supportManage emails and phone calls promptly and professionally
