We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a strong Financial Services background to join a major regulatory change programme.This is fundamentally a hands-on Business Analyst role, requiring someone with excellent core BA skills across process mapping, requirements gathering, stakeholder workshops, business process analysis and requirements documentation.Alongside these fundamentals, the successful candidate will work closely with IT, business, data and service teams to ensure technology changes are successfully delivered and transitioned into operational support.Previous Financial Services experience is essential. We are particularly interested in candidates who have worked within automotive finance, consumer finance, lending, banking or another FCA-regulated environment.Key Responsibilities Own and support key Business Analysis activities across a major FCA regulatory/redress programme. Gather, analyse, document and manage business, functional and non-functional requirements. Produce detailed As-Is and To-Be process maps, identifying gaps, dependencies and opportunities for improvement. Engage with SMEs and senior stakeholders to clarify requirements, resolve ambiguity and build consensus. Work across IT and business change workstreams, managing multiple activities simultaneously.
