Senior Quantity SurveyorLocation: Huddersfield, England 500 Per Day Inside IR35We are seeking a number of Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our client''s team on a major rail project in Huddersfield on a freelance basis. Our client is an industry leader in delivering large scale projects across the UK and Ireland. Responsibilities: Produce subcontract documentation, issue tender enquiries, analyse tenders and compile subcontract order documents for executionManage subcontractors, including timely processing of payments, obtaining final account agreements whilst resolving issues by negotiationManaging and identifying opportunities and risks within the contract.
