Due to the growth of our clients team based in Leeds our client is looking for a dynamic and dependable Quantity Surveyor looking for a challenge within a current team of 5. The candidate must be able to work independently, be thorough and concise and be a team player. This is a great opportunity for a solid QS looking to progress to a Senior QS or someone currently working at a Senior QS level and looking for a change/new challenge.

The team works across a variety of sectors to include:

- Residential (new build and conversions)
- Industrial
- Commercial (office refurbishments)
- Education
- Local Authority
- Healthcare

Role/Responsibilities:

- Cost Planning
- Pre andamp; Post Contract services

Skills/Experience:

- RICS with a minimum of three years post qualification experience/working towards RICS
- Have achieved a RICS accredited degree
- Be able to evidence pre and post contract QS experience through examples of projects you have worked on
- Gained some previous experience working for a Consultancy/Client side organisation
