An established construction consultancy is looking for an ambitious Project Manager to join its growing team. The successful Project Manager will work across a technically varied portfolio including higher education, science, data centres, heritage and private healthcare projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager with around 3-5 years'' experience who wants to take greater ownership of projects.

The Project Manager will work alongside Partners, Project Directors and Senior Project Managers, giving the Project Manager excellent exposure to experienced senior professionals. The incoming Project Manager will both assist on larger complex projects and lead their own schemes, making this a strong opportunity for a Project Manager looking to progress towards Senior Project Manager level.

You must have prior construction consultancy experience to be considered for this role.

The Project Manager will support projects from early feasibility and design through procurement, construction and handover.

Responsibilities will include managing programmes, coordinating consultant teams, liaising directly with clients, attending and chairing meetings, monitoring progress and managing project risks.

Depending on project size and experience, the Project Manager will either support senior colleagues on major schemes or take the lead on their own projects.

The successful Project Manager will have:

• Around 3-5 years'' Project Management experience within a UK construction consultancy
• Experience working directly with clients
• Ideally, exposure to higher education, science, data centres, healthcare or heritage
• A relevant construction degree
• Progress towards MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB or another relevant qualification
• Strong stakeholder management skills
