We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead delivery on a £25m luxury hotel scheme near Windsor. This is a high-profile project with a quality-led main contractor, requiring a PM who can oversee programme, budget, stakeholder management, and site coordination through to handover.

What we're looking for

Proven track record delivering hotel or high-end hospitality projects

Strong background in construction project management (£20m+ schemes)

Confident managing programme, risk, budget, and subcontractor relationships

Experience of working in a live environemt and listed buildings is beneficial. Exposure and working knowledge of Civils packages would be a big benefit.
