Health and Safety Administrator

you will provide flexible and efficient QHSE administrative support to the department while supporting the site overall by communicating with the first aiders and the health and safety reps on the site.This is a full time, permanent position, predominately working Monday to Friday, 09:00 till 17:00.Pay, benefits and more:We’re looking to offer a salary of

up to £28,275.00 per annum

and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). You’ll also have access to our MyBenefits platform offering a variety of high street discounts, a cycle to work scheme, cashback cards, a saving scheme and much more!What you’ll do on a typical day:Work with members of the QHSE team to provide a good communications base for the operation and provide excellent customer serviceWork to agreed team targets and KPI’s including such as accuracy, productivity and cost savingPopulate the accident tracker and compile all accident statistics and reports when neededEnsure environmental health and safety requirements are met while complying with HandS policies and standardsSupport the QHSE Manager when needed with admin, projects and general support where neededWhat you need to succeed at GXO:Previous Administrative experience, with an understanding of processes and procedures relating to QHSEExcellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels, with a focus on relationship buildingStrong IT knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Power PointPositive, focussed and flexible approach to work, able to learn and adapt quickly#AvonmouthTechWe engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.GXO is a leading provider of cutting-edge supply chain solutions to the most successful companies in the world.
