Role: Programme ManagerWe are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Programme Manager to lead the delivery of complex, cross-functional business and technology initiatives. This role will be pivotal in driving end-to-end solutions across systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational excellence.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead the delivery of comprehensive business and technology solutions supported by the supply chain across multiple systems and processes.Own programme planning and execution, including the development of a robust project control framework covering resources, financials, and governance.Ensure successful delivery of projects in line with business case scope, timelines, and budget constraints.Design and implement a risk management framework, including identification, assessment, control, and mitigation strategies.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and successful delivery outcomes.

Skills and ExperienceProven experience managing large-scale, complex data migration projects.Demonstrated success in stakeholder and supplier management, both internally and externally.Strong analytical skills with the ability to consolidate and interpret complex information to drive innovative solutions.Ability to gather and prioritise end-user requirements in alignment with business strategy and translate them into actionable delivery plans.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Strong commercial awareness and decision-making capability.Experience working in fast-paced, change-driven environments.
