Your teaching will focus on emotional wellbeing, academic progress, social development and resilience, supported by a dedicated team of teaching assistants and specialist staff.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver engaging, evidence-based lessons tailored to individual pupil needs.Use assessment data to track progress and adapt teaching strategies.Support pupils'' social, emotional and academic development using therapeutic and trauma-informed approaches.Maintain high expectations for behaviour, consistency and positive relationships.Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and specialist staff to deliver holistic support.RequirementsExperience teaching pupils with complex needs and challenging behaviour.Strong under
