Analyse revenue, gross profit, margins, overheads, and profitability across the business. Monitor financial and operational KPIs, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities. Assess profitability by client, division, sector, and revenue stream. Provide commercial insight and challenge to support informed decision-making.
