About the Role:My client is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a high-specification internal fit-out and refurbishment project within the education sector, based in Surrey. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record delivering internal packages, preferably on school or university projects, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality. Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day site operations for internal works (e.g., partitions, ceilings, flooring, MandE, joinery, finishes).Ensure work is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.Coordinate and manage subcontractors and trades on site.Liaise with the project manager, client representatives, and design teams.Conduct and record regular quality inspections and snagging processes.Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations (including CDM 2015).Maintain site diaries, RAMS, and relevant project documentation.Manage logistics, materials, and sequencing of trades to avoid disruption to ongoing school activities (if live site).
