Mane Infrastructure are on the look for a Site Manager with a steel work back ground to work on a steel work install & refurbishment projects located in Central London.

We are ideally looking for applicants that are experienced and familiar with working for Tier One steel erection companies with experience with high rise buildings.

Hours: 07:30am till 18:00pm (10hrs paid)

Requirements/Experience:

• SMSTS / Black CSCS
• Computer literate
• Previous steel erecting experience desired but not mandatory
• Coordinating the work of subcontractors and suppliers.
• Organizing site logistics, including deliveries and equipment.
• Reviewing plans and specifications with architects, engineers, and surveyors.
• Developing and managing the project schedule and budget.
• Monitoring progress and ensuring work is completed to the required standards.
• Managing resources and materials effectively.
• Solving problems and resolving any issues that arise on-site.
• Leading and supervising the on-site team, including construction workers, subcontractors, and other staff.
