The scheme represents a multi-billion-pound investment and will be delivered over several phases, offering long-term career stability and exposure to cutting-edge construction methodologies within the rapidly growing data centre sector.The RoleReporting to the Commercial Manager, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will take ownership of the commercial and contractual management of major work packages, ensuring projects are delivered safely, profitably, and in line with client expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesPreparation and management of monthly valuations and payment applications.Commercial management of subcontractor packages, including procurement, valuations, variations, and final accounts.Cost reporting, forecasting, and cash flow management.Identification and management of commercial risks and opportunities.Review and administration of contract documentation.Negotiation and agreement of variations, claims, and final accounts.Preparation of detailed financial reports for senior management.Liaison with site, design, procurement, and project delivery teams.Support the successful commercial delivery of a large-scale ..... full job details .....
