We are looking for an experienced CSA Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team and play a key role in the commercial management and successful delivery of major construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor with strong Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) experience who is looking to take the next step in their career within a growing and forward-thinking organisation. The Role As CSA Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of projects from pre-construction through to final account, working closely with project teams, clients, subcontractors and suppliers. Key responsibilities include: Managing project costs, budgets and forecasts. Preparing and reviewing valuations, variations and payment applications. Managing subcontractor procurement and accounts. Monitoring project financial performance and reporting on commercial progress. Identifying and managing commercial risks and opportunities. Reviewing contracts and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements. Supporting tendering, estimating and procurement activities. Leading final accounts and commercial close-out. Working collaboratively with the wider project and delivery teams. About You We are looking for someone who can demonstrate: Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor working with a Tier One contractor on large scale, high value schemes.
