We are currently recruiting for a Customer Care Administrator to join a busy and supportive team based in Bury St Edmunds on a temporary basis for approximately four weeks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous customer service or administration experience who enjoys a varied role and can quickly become a valued member of the team.

Your new role
Working as part of the Customer Care team, you will provide administrative and customer support, ensuring customers receive an excellent service experience.

Duties will include:

• Answering incoming customer calls and responding to enquiries
• Logging jobs accurately onto the company''s internal systems
• Taking messages and passing information to the relevant teams
• Uploading and maintaining information on the CRM system
• Liaising with engineers regarding appointments, updates and job progress
• Processing invoices and supporting the invoicing function
• General administrative support to the wider team
• Ensuring all customer interactions and records are updated accurately

What you''ll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• Previous experience within a customer service, customer care or administrative role
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Good IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
• Experience using CRM systems would be advantageous
• A proactive approach and willingness to support a busy team
• The ability to hit the ground running and work independently when required
