Hybrid / Remote working with occasional visits to Manchester Head OfficeOur client is a rapidly growing financial services business specialising in Bridging Finance to both residential and commercial clients. Due to rapid growth they are now looking for a CFO to create and implement all of the necessary processes in their finance function.Although this role is titled as a CFO, it would suit a Finance Director or Financial Controller who is ready to take the next step in their career. This is an amazing opportunity to join a business that is on a rapid growth trajectory and where you will have the opportunity to build a finance function.Responsibilities

Define and implement finance function processes and controls to support rapid growth.Build relationships with their panel of investors, which range from banks through to high-net-worth private investors.Work closely with client solicitors to ensure that all necessary contracts are in place, together with tracking large cash movements and inbound payments for distribution as required.Qualifications

Experience working in bridging finance is essential.Knowledge of loan notes and sub-charges.Opportunity
